Remember the Bomb Pop Cupcake that won
IRON CUPCAKE:COCKTAIL? Well, that thing was so damn good we went back for a replay. THANKFULLY, Chef Jeff was kind enough to figure out a way to make them for us on the fly. Since it is not a menu item, he came up with a quick way to do it again. Rather than bake the vodkas into the cake, he simply soaked the cake instead. As you can see the colors are far more vivid. Naturally, the vodka flavors were more pronounced as well.
As you can see, me and my awesome posse from the office were having a good time drinkin' blueberry beers, eating bomb pop cupcakes and FINALLY enjoying the sun. YES, THE SUN. It only lasted a few hours, but it was awesome none the less.
The extra boost of vitamin D from the sunlight even gave Liz the power to pry the Water Street bridge apart so a boat could get through! She is amazing.

As for the rest of it--between the blueberry beer and the vodka cupcake cocktails...I think I can see the afternoon disappearing in a Hemingway-esque haze! Looks like an absolutely wonderful time.
