You may remember the insult called cupcakes that I posted for Memorial Day. Gag-me grocery cuppies with crisco frosting. Ewe! Thank heavens we won't have to celebrate our country's independence with such things. Sprinkles has come to the rescue. They are featuring limited-edition flavor for the 4th of July: lemon blueberry with lemon cream cheese frosting - pardon me while I drool a little. For the week leading up to Independence Day, you'll be able to get that flavor, as well as the popular red velvet cupcakes, decorated with little red and blue stars. While you are there, feel free to toss a dozen in the mail and send them my way. YUM!
