Sharing the Cupcake Lurve!

One of my newest cupcake friends, Sheila, took cupcakes to the awesome extreme this holiday season making cuppies as gifts. It sounds that they were a resounding success! She shared her treats with me via email and I felt compelled to post them here!

Sadly, for Sheila, she is in cold and miserable Milwaukee; I am currently in CA, eating WAY too many cupcakes and gearing up for some more. It was 68, clear and sunny in Pasadena today. Posts of my trip will be coming soon. In the mean time, check out the treats that she made!

For the holidays I made family/coworkers cupcakes. My coworkers got the mini ones in the gift boxes. The large ones in the cupcake caddy (a xmas gift from my fiance!!) were for family members. The kinds left to right in the cupcake caddy layout are:

1. Vanilla Coconut Honey with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting and Almond
2. Banoffe (banana, caramels, and toffee bits)
3. Raspberry Kahlua with dark chocolate bits and Raspberry Kahlua frosting and mini chocolate chips **MY FAVORITE
4. Peanut Butter Chocolate with chocolate bits with peanut butter cocoa frosting and peanut butter chips
5. Red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting and coconut
6. Mint Chocolate with Vanilla Mint Chocolate and Andes mints

I deem the cupcake project a success because there was not one favorite it was across the board!! Just thought I would share!!!
