A definite highlight of the California trip was getting together with two of my oldest - or longest - or whatever - friends; Julie and Tracy. We had a long night of lots of food and lots of booze at Bar Celona in THE hipster part of Pasadena. You know Julie...she has appeared on this blog a few times before. We bitches, we tapas'd our asses off! I know my strengths and weakness and I can recognize those of my friends as well...which is why I will now refer you to Julie's post about our visit. Other than some of the MOST HIDEOUS photos of me ever, she really does sum up our visit perfectly.
But I could not let it go unmentioned that by the end of the night,
Tracy was REALLY excited about our awesome dessert;
Bitter Chocolate with Olive Oil and Sea Salt. DAMN!
Here is all of us girls...lookin' like grown-ups,
but still acting like high schoolers...just with booze. :-)

Oh yeah right, like the Bartles & James wine coolers we drank in high school weren't booze?
